Account Relationship Executive (Semarang)

Responsibilities:
Build a professional relationship continuously with existing client by build intense communication, support activities that needed, etc in order to maintain existing client and ensure their needs.
Perform intense communication with existing client to explore any possibilities of business enlargement and collaborate with sales team to be follow up.
Explore new business opportunities by gathering information from any resources and collaborate with sales team.
Provide the best service from end to end including resolve any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare periodically report to provide update progress and ensure all issues can be solved. Provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
Min. 2-4 years at the same field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Product Knowledge.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Customer Oriented.
Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
Reporting Management.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
