Established in 2003, PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo or the Company) is the largest independent owner and operator of towers for wireless communications companies in Indonesia. As of June 22, Protelindo owned and operated approximately 29,263 telecommunication tower sites with more than 54,716 tenants in Indonesia, primarily in Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
Founded in 2002, iForte already runs VSAT, ISP and IT outsourcing businesses. iForte has obtained a closed fixed network license and a service provider permit Internet. In 2015, iForte was acquired by PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia otherwise known as PT Protelindo. Until the end of 2020, iForte has succeeded build and operate 80,000 km fiber optic cable and targets to reach more than 100,000 km by the end of 2021. In addition iForte has also succeeded in connecting more than 15,000
PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk. (STP) was founded in 2006, and is now one of the leading independent tower companies in Indonesia. As of 31 December 2021, we owned and operated 6.949 tower with 12.846 tenancies, for a tenancy ratio of 1.85x. In October 2021, STP is officially acquired by PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) which is a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk.
