Job Detail
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting in technical for cultivating customer needs including added services / non-standard services to support the Sales Team at HQ & Regional.
- Communicating and documenting the solutions to be implemented to clients.
- Collaboration with Tech Solution Team & O&M Team to ensure the delivery of suitable solutions.
- Coordinate and support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in explaining technical matters related to outages/churn possibilities.
- Preparing technology & business solution dept. update reports accurately and provide recommendation analysis to ensure the targets are achieved.
- Perform collaboration and coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure all processes runs smoothly.
- Keep updated on new Technology and recommend/propose new Solutions / Business Opportunities to all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Have 4-7 experiences in related field
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Business Management
- Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Experience in Design, Config/implementation, Troubleshooting
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with Networking (Router, Switch, Firewall, etc.), SDWAN, Access Point WiFi,Radio Wireless, Fiber optic tech.
- Have knowledge on Cloud (AWS, GCP, etc.)
