This position will be placed under Tower Sales Division.

What You Will Do:

• Possess an understanding of Client business, organization and operation.
• Develop relationship and manage communication with Clients regularly in the regional area
• Interact daily with clients to assure timely completion of projects
• Manage the account project with external and internal clients in the regional area
• Follow up the updated information (clients and competitors) to support the business.
• Manage any related specific documents related to the business process.
• Actively play a part in ensuring sales targets are reached
• Able to provide weekly and monthly regional report
• Assist the account manager's duties
• Assist Event & Promotion team activities in the regional area

What You Will Need:

• At least 3-5 years of client support experience preferred (knowledge of telco business a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Strong computer, Internet and Excel skills
• Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment.
• Good English oral and written
• Have a knowledge about HSE
