Job Detail
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B solar energy sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Manage the sales team and provide support.
- Analyze sales and market data to improve strategies.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure products meet customer needs.
- Improve brand awareness and company image.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and government regulations related to Renewable Energy.
- Achieve sales targets and increase company revenue.
- Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Having 6-9 years of experiences in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development (Have experiences in Energy and/or Manufactures industry is preferable)
- Bachelor Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Have a good negotiation skill.
- Have a good knowledge about renewable energy industries, especially solar energy.
- Good data analysis and marketing strategy skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Adaptation to market changes.
