Job Detail

Responsibilities:

  • Receive & Sort documents from the field coordinators/contractors (legal/permit Docs, etc)
  • Prepare documents for internal process (PR, PO, Payment, BAST, etc)
  • Responsible for document circulation (signing) for internal process (PR, PO, Payment, BAST, etc)
  • Update PR, PO, Payment Status on Tracker & STARS
  • Submit Documents to Legal & Finance team to be reviewed & processed
  • Responsible for storing documents & documents traffic
  • Handing over documents to Central Archiving Documents team
  • Monitoring trouble tickets and database entries according to status updates
  • Ensuring tickets are being dispatched and closed in accordance to process established


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management/law/statistic or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role related preferably within the telecommunication industry(Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Good knowledge of administrative skillsGood knowledge of site acquisitions routine procedures, processes, and documentsGood in managing work independently and within a team
  • Good in handling flexibility and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
  • Good in managing work to time schedule
  • Intermediate in using Ms. Excel
  • Have knowledge of basic HSE
