This position will be placed under Tower Leasing Department.

What You Will Do:

• Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures in submissions of documents
• Submitting Colocation related documents punctually and with quality.
• Ensures that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc before submitting it to the nest department to avoid confusion.
• Responsible for coordinating with related departments of the company.
• To ensure that Colocation related documents are well checked and submitted on time.
• Responsible for file validation and document controlling.
• Handle administration regarding taxi voucher and phone billing.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law from a reputable university
• Having a minimum of 2 years of working experience, especially in Telecommunication Industry
• Good attention to details, thorough, persistence, highly organized
• Good English proficiency both in Oral and Writing
• Microsoft Office Literate
• Able to manage a high volume of information and data at one time
• Can work independent and/or as a part of team member, innovative, fast learner.
• Have knowledge of basic HSE
