What You Will Do:

• Build a fascinating work experience for SMN Group employees.
• Project managing and executing end-to-end employee experience events.
• Manage various internal communications channels including and not limited to drafting and designing.
• Developing a series of content, formats, and campaigns for employee communications and employee events.
• Formulating visual and writing content, and maintaining internal communication platforms (email, HRIS, etc).
• Handle internal communications channels, including maintaining the regular report.
• Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain employee internal surveys and polling to be circulated regularly.
• Supervise administration-related work, including invoicing, finance, and tax-related documents.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Design Graphics, or other related fields.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in handling people, culture, internal communication & corporate events.
• Highly knowledgeable in design and editing software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Corel Draw.
• Have a creative flare and excellent writing skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Have impeccable interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.
• Excellent time, task, and project management skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of resilience and always think out of the box.
• Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, be prepared to be involved in the business process, and drive improvements.
• Hands-on, creative and goal-oriented.
