Pursuant to the Disclosure of Information announcement on Kontan newspaper dated 25 November 2021 (“Disclosure of Information”), in relation to the Mandatory Tender Offer on the shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (“Mandatory Tender Offer”) by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (the “Company”), the Company hereby, as the new controller of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk, intends to convey postponement of the execution of the Mandatory Tender Offer as described in the Disclosure of Information of the Mandatory Tender Offer due to changes in the schedule of the Mandatory Tender Offer execution.

The Company will publish the new schedule for Mandatory Tender Offer in accordance with the prevailing Capital Markets regulation
