Announcement on the Execution of the Acquisition of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk by Protelindo

In relation to Article 7 paragraph 1 letter a Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018 on Acquisition of Publicly Listed Companies (“OJK Regulation No. 9/2018”), we hereby announce that on October 1, 2021, we, PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (“PRTL”), has acquired a public company with details as follow:

Before the acquisition date, PRTL did not own, directly or indirectly, issued shares of SUPR.

 

The purpose of this acquisition is to develop PRTL’s business and to expand the business network that will further strengthen Protelindo's position as Indonesia's largest independent tower company and in order to serve telecommunication operators in Indonesia

 

As the consequences of the acquisition, the Company will conduct a mandatory tender offer in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 9/2018
